Can anyone help me contact T mobile and find out the status of my prepaid card in the amount of $400 i am supposed to receive by changing from Verizon to T mobile. No one seems to know.
Have you tried reaching out to Customer Care at 611 from your T-Mobile line? You can also send a DM to T-Mobile via Twitter or Facebook to reach the tier 2 T-Force Team.
