Change trade-in device on promo
We can change the trade-in device or send in a different one than what we specified on the order for a trade-in promo? The other device also qualifies for the same trade-in promo. Thank you.
No! You have to send in the device you specified. If you want to use a different device. The whole order and promo would have to benchmarked and a new order would need to be created. Not sending in the correct device for trade-in that you specified invalidates the promo.
