why is there no email i can contact instead of using phone?

I have a question about a recent order and why it was never shipped to me or it was and then got returned for some reason?

    You can also try chat by scrolling down from this post and click on the support tab and wait a couple of seconds and if available a window appears.

    You can either give Customer Care a call at 611 or reach out to T-Mobile via Facebook or Twitter to find out what happened with your order.  No one on this forum has access to your account as this is primarily a peer help forum for T-Mobile Customers with very little moderation from T-Mobile.
