Why is my internet connection SOOOO poor?

My T-Mobil internet connection is horrible!  frequent freezes, lost connections, weak signal, and slow computer response has become the norm!  What the Hel…is going on?.  Was better than this when we started! Now we need to rely on antenna reception for uninterrupted viewing!  When is this going to be fixed?
