Unstable home internet

I have been using T-mobile’s home internet for a while now and at first it was fine, but for the past 3 months, I have noticed my internet disconnecting often. It happens mostly in the evening, sometimes during the day as well. However, when I check the modem, it says the connection quality is very good. This is very frustrating as I need to get things done in one sitting but with the unstable internet connection, I don’t know if I want to stay with T-mobile anymore.

    I recommend calling TMobile home internet support.   There is a known issue that occurred in the start of October with the G4SE gateway.  Many have been replaced
