T-Mobile Home Internet app no longer lists connected devices
What is going wrong with this app. This alone is reason for cancelling the service. I kinda feel it is being done intentionally so I could upgrade to a different service as that is the only solution being offered.

I have been having the same problem almost for 1 year now. There was a time I was able to view the connected devices on T-life. It lasted about one week. Now, it is so frustrating that I have no alternative but to cancel the Tmobile Home Internet service. I even called Tech support. I found very nice technicians but they had no answers. I will go back to Spectrum. At least I was able to manage connected devices. Tmobile was so easy to setup but unfortunately not ready for Prime-Time.
