Question about Backup restore
my mom had a Motorola Edge but it got water damage so she recently got the Samsung S23… she has a backup on the Google Drive but its not letting her restore it with the Samsung…so how is she suppose to get her stuff back?
her other phone doesnt turn on so she cant transfer her stuff either
