Phone number for gateway not registering
Has anyone had a problem with new equipment and when you sign into your account and get to the link gateway number it gives you an error. I have tried customer support with no help.

Bdoggy, Did you enter the phone number for your internet account when trying to link to the gateway? If you also have cellular phone service, they have different phone numbers. if you entered the cell/voice number, it might be why it did not link.
are you going through the T-life app or a web browser?
when exactly do you run into a problem, and what is the error message?
i need a little more info in order to try and help. Let me know.
