on and off

I don’t understand I’ve had T-Mobile internet for almost 2 years now but lately I’m having nothing with problems. Sometimes it’ll work perfect and then out of nowhere it acts nutty and won’t play or stream anything on any of my devices. It won’t even work my phones. What am I doing wrong? Please help!
