No Service on MiFi

I have a MiFi M2000 SW Version 4G 

I am getting No Service and cannot use the hot spot 

both IPhone on the same contract are getting Strong signal and service 

What's up with my Hot Spot / Removed battery, removed and reinstalled Sim and same results
