No problem with TMobile when cancelling internet service

After reading the notes on this page I was almost terrified to call TMoble to disconnect my internet service.  I talked to a phenomenal CS Agent ALEX who was very helpful and handled my call in a very timely manner.  He was professional and understood the issues I was having with the service. Easy peasy!  Great job ALEX.
