Need Help with Home Internet Issue

Hi all,
I'm new to T-Mobile Home Internet and also new to this community. I’ve been having some trouble with my internet connection lately and I’m not sure what to do. Can someone please point me in the right direction for basic troubleshooting? I’d really appreciate any advice or tips you can share.
