Is it possible to whitelist domain name so P2P text messages containing urls are not blocked?

P2P text messages containing urls are blocked.

The url in the message is a short url of the website https://amway.com. 

Hoping that you can help me white list the domain https://amwy.me or let me know what is causing it to get blocked.
