    my tv is fine in the morning. But in the afternoon the picture is awful on all channels.

    I have moved the internet box around and that does not help.  Everything is hooked up

    correctly.  If this is does not improve I am going to cancel this service.

    Some may suggest just taking it with you and trying it, but moving the unit to another address without setting it up with T-Mobile is, strictly speaking, a violation of the service agreement.  While T-Mobile has (seemingly) not been strict about this in the past, if they decide to enforce it more strictly, they could cancel your service, so it’s usually better to contact T-Mobile to see if there’s service at the new address and to get your service address updated.
