how do change ssid and password?

Which gateway did T-Mobile send you? You use the T-Mobile Home Internet app to configure network names and SSIDs. Once you load the app, look on the bottom for the Network tab. Tap it and it will display your current network. Tap that and you'll get to the configuration page where you'll be able to change it.
