Still having issues, but now I have added a 7am drop along with the 2:30pm drop. I assume it must be something external. Some weekend, I need to see if happens on Sat/Sun. Rebooting gateway does not always resolve. Wondering if I need a new gateway? I have the white box? As an FYI, when I check home internet availability today on T-mobile’s site via address - indicates it is Not available at my home!
