I appreciate you taking the time to respond. I don’t have anything in my home (that I am aware) that would cause the disruption. I have always experienced drops from day one but were more intermittent. The 2-230pm thing has started in the last month or so. At first I thought it was my work VPN disconnecting me auto at 8 hours...but that’s not the case. My LTE and WiFi lights are always green (unless I restart the box); my T-mobile phone app will same I connected with a weak signal even when I don’t have any connection. Agian, thank you so much for response.
