I accidentally hid my network does anyone where how i can find it
Did you look under the bed? 😎 If you know the name you just enter the name and the pass phrase and you will be connected. If you don’t remember the SSID/Name of the network then you can reset the gateway to factory default and set it up again.

That is interesting and a good point bocaboy2591. I have the Nokia and of course I used the web GUI to to the bulk of the setup as I don’t care much for using mobile applications for such tasks. T-Mobile can try to convince users they will love the mobile application but I must beg to differ. It is horrid on an iPhone for use. It is flakey and seldom wants to allow admin login.
I get that hiding the network SSID is a good security practice but for new users that have not experienced the 5G cellular gateway setup that should be reserved as an advanced setup item. It is easy to make mistakes with an unfamiliar application especially for users that are not tech savvy.

I don't want to go too far off-topic about hiding SSIDs, but it's a false sense of security to hide one. Any good hacker can see any SSID, hidden or not. It will probably keep the teenager next door off your network, but really not much else.

I agree, just because it is “hidden” does not mean it is not there. It just makes it maybe a little less of at target. A determined thief will go where they want to.

Which gateway do you have? The Sagemcon which is black OR the Arcadyan gateway which is the one just prior to that one?
Usually it is using the hole on the gateway close to the SIM card holder.

Sagemcon Gateway Reset by the SIM card holder.
