Echo Show 8 Promotion Code expired

I received my promotion code and link to Amazon yesterday afternoon.  I clicked on the link today and when I put in the promotion code, it said expired…   How do I get this resolved?

    I created an account on twitter and sent a private message to @tmobilehelp and they sent me a new code that worked.

    Same thing happened to me on Monday. If like an answer to this also.
