do all the techs hang up on you when they cant fix the problem?
It seems that when the techs can’t solve your problem they hang up on you. Anyone else have this problem? It’s happened several times.
Mine lied. Said no problem we can get you a booster. Switched me to another tech dept and they laughed. Thought it was funny. No there's no booster available. Assholes.
