Device will no longer connect to network

I have a Nixplay frame that has been on my network for over a year. Suddenly it has disconnected and no matter what I try, it will not allow it to join. I enter the password on the device screen and it just sits and times out. Everything else in my home works just fine.

I have tried to use the T-Life app, but it says zero devices are connected. This is definitely not correct as I know we have quite a few more things than zero. I see that others have the same issue with that app so I am curious if anyone has a solution. I would really like to be able to access the admin side to check things out, but the gateway has this silly, useless interface that only provides info and no ability to configure.

Has anyone had any success with the T-Life app or know how to get a device connected that apparently doesn't like the 5g network side?

Nixplay recently changed their free unlimited storage to 0.5GB and turned off a bunch of features unless you pay for a subscription.  Not sure if it's related to connections but it sucks.

No solution for me yet. In fact, the frame randomly came online for about 2 weeks and then dropped again. I’m fed up with it as neither T-Mobile nor Nixplay can provide assistance.

I don't have a resolution, yet, but I'm having the same problem (and it has been going on for almost 2 months) with a Nixplay frame we got for my mom last year.  Operated perfectly for 7 months and then started being disconnected from wifi more than it was connected (though it apparently intermittently does connect because new photos we send to it eventually end up on the frame, but it takes up to a week).  No issues with any of the three other wifi devices on the network, though, and we can no longer see the frame as one of the devices.

We tried a factory reset and resync of the frame. It did no good.  It will easily connect and stay connected to other non-Tmobile wifi networks, though.  We checked and messed with several TMobile router settings, including creating a 2.4 Ghz gateway just for the frame. Same issue.  Sometimes the frame pops up a screen, while trying to connect, stating that the network required internet authentication. You can o ly select Ignore or Ok from this screen and no matter which one you choose, it goes nowhere and just times out.

We're running out of ideas from Nixplay support, and I don't think its their device that is the problem at this point. I'll likely be calling TMobile next week to try from their end. It has been extremely frustrating.
