4-got password
So I can't remember my password for my router & my wifi when I go into my account to change or retrieve password I can't cause it ask for my current password what can I do help lol
@Sylvia1313 on your T-Mobile gateway, I think you will need to do a complete reset, meaning hit the reset button on the bottom or backside of your gateway, and use your T-Mobile Internet app to set it up again. Many people have said that they write their password down on a piece of paper attached to their gateway (unless someone breaks into your house, nobody else can see it).

I have a new ECHO device and I do not know my router (gateway) password to set it up. Where do I find my password and how can I change it?
