Can no longer receive text messages
I joined T-Mobile Home Internet back in June 2022, and I have the Arcadyan KVD21 gateway.
For the first two months, I was able to receive text messages and view them on gateway’s screen. The messages I received include T-mobile Tuesday’s verification code, the test SMS I sent from my phone, and of course lots of spam messages. Sometimes after August, for no reason at all, the gateway lost the ability to receive any text messages. The internet connection is still working, just the test message function completely not working at all.
I have tried everything - rebooted gateway multiple times, changed gateway locations, reseated SIM card, and even factory reset the gateway twice. Nothing worked, still no text messages since then, not even spam messages. I finally called T-Mobile a month ago and hoped they were able to figure out what happened. They basically just asked me to so the same troubleshooting steps I have already tried. Finally they sent me a replacement gateway (same model), unfortunately the replacement unit has the same issue. Then they sent me a replacement SIM card. Activated the SIM card and that did not help, either
Has anyone in the forum experienced this issue? I would appreciate any tips since T-Mobile support agents have no clue at all and gave up. I know most people rather not to receive text messages because of the excessive spams, but I still would like to resolve the issue and get Tuesday app verified and working again.

I have receive txt on my gate away, txt for another person, lots of spam
if I am getting other people txt, are my txt going to other ppl?
does not feel save at all
