Having trouble getting promotion reward payments !!!

Been trying to get my promotion reward payment. Keeps getting denied when we have done everything t-mobile has asked us to do. I'm at wits end ready to just let BBB handle it. Already had to file complaint to FCC just to get my text messages to work properly. Nothing has gone smooth with this switch!!!!
