Why can't I just cancel it??

I've been trying for months to get access to my prepaid account just to cancel the service. I NEVER ACTIVATED the phone number I was assigned and have been charged for 5 months for a service I'M NOT ...

Quit paying and the line will automatically cancel after 60 days of non payment. If you signed up for auto pay remove it from the  payment method.

    Don't have access to turn off auto pay
