Unable to Connect to Tracker

I just got my SyncUp Trackers in, setup the app. I have confirmed that they are fully charged and On, I have the service active in my T-Mobile account.

 

However, whenever I try and scan the QR Code in the app to register them, it just says “Unable to Connect to Tracker" and spits out error 6070. Googling this error merits literally zero results.

 

All three trackers exhibit this behavior, and I’m at a loss. I’m using an LG V60 as my phone.

    Try setting them up with a different phone to make sure the LG phone is not the problem.
