Sync Up Watch no longer showing up on T-Life app
My kid's sync up watch was showing up on the app until the afternoon. After that, it no longer shows up. If we call from the watch I get the notification of the call within the app, and I also get the notifications that the watch has low battery but there is not location showing up on the screen. Has anyone else had this issue? I've logged out and logged in to my account several times while connected on wifi and without it. I deleted the app and logged in again, and nothing helps. I reached out to customer service and they didn't help either.

We have the same issue. I updated the app last week and it removed my kids from my app. My husband was able to see the kids watches (track, put in school mode, etc) and today the kids watches disappeared from his app. I have called T-Mobile 4 times and have not gotten an answer as to what’s going on and when it will be fixed. The app is crappy and it seems as if the “engineers” do not know what they are doing.

Same here! It is very annoying. I've spent so much time talking to them and nothing works. Not to mention the constant issues and error messages I get when trying to refresh the location. Hopefully they fix this issue for us!

On the T-life app hit the connect button in the middle and it will show up.
