Problem with sync up for add contact

    If you're trying to update an existing contact it won't work. We got a new watch and tried to add am expressing contact to that watch and it gave us an error. We learned we have to delete that old contract and re-add it and then it functions. Just give your other kids a chance to download any photos from those contacts' threads because they will lose the entire text thread.

  • I had the same issue.  I finally figured out that you need to add a photo or avatar first then fill out the form with name, phone number, guardian or friend, if you want that person to be SOS.  After all is completed, then hit next.  It will then take you to a couple more questions then hit SAVE!  Your info will appear in your child’s watch.

    I was on the phone with people from T-Mobile for many hours.  I even spoke to tech support before I figured it out at 4:30 in the morning by myself!  No one ever told me about the photo!
