New Syncup&Drive doesnt have correct info

I’ve had 3 sync up and drive legacy. I inherited my mom’s 2020 Buick Encore and ordered another but it’s the new version that doesn’t link with my old ones. It doesn’t have the correct speed limits either I keep getting notifications of speed excess, our speed on highway is 70-75 mph depending on county. I can’t find where to change it. It also is missing several routes that I personally drove missing that are on my insurance app.
