kids syncup won't turn on despite charging for hours watch is a few weeks old. thx
simply won’t turn on have tried holding for power on for 30 seconds, tried different plugs etc etc…
Old watch stoped charging and was given a “new” Gen 2 but it’s not showing the battery icon when charging and after activation it shut down and won’t turn on. Any suggestions? Should we take it back
