Cellular LTE watch coverage

If I buy the OnePlus watch to LTE version from China off of eBay, will it be able to be activated on T-Mobile here in the United States? 

Here are the bands I'm told it uses 

WCDMA：B1、B5、B8

4G FDD-LTE：B1、B3、B5、B8

4G TDD-LTE：B34、B38、B39、B40、B41（2515~2675MHz)
