Cant change admin name in SyncUp

Problem 1- I set up the syncup watch for my son.  When it asked what the child calls me, I typed "Mom".  But...when I go to his watch, it has my first name.  I tried to go to the watch contacts and update it, but every time I change my name to "Mom" or try to add an avatar, it says, "Something went wrong.  Please try again."  It's only does this on my (the admin) screen.  I can make changes to all other contacts.

Problem 2- My husband is set up as a guardian.  However,  on the watch, there is no video option for him.  How do I get this?

    Same here. So frustrated. T-Mobile, you need to fix the app ASAP!!! You are not delivering what you sold us. 

  • I have the same issue, can't edit the admin profile or add a photo. Tmobile needs to fix the TLife app to allow us to make these changes 

  • Exact same issues here, except Dad is the admin and Mom is a guardian.

  • I just got these watches today. When I left the store, my name on my kids' contacts was "Mommy." Tonight at home, the name is now my first name. I have no idea how it changed and I can't change it back, nor can I add a profile picture. From what I have read, it is a software issue. However, I am not sure how it changed without doing anything. I continue to get a notice that something went wrong and to try again later. For your 2nd issue, my kids just informed me that we have the same issue. Hoping someone can give us an idea of what to do.
