incompatible Apple TV on my new HUB
I’m super frustrated! I cannot get the apple TV app on my new Tmobile HUB. I have a subscription independently and have been using our various places, including my old roku stick, that i just replaced. Can anyone help?

According to the T-Mobile website, the Vision hub does support Apple TV, so you may want to go back to the local T-Mobile store to ask for clarification. Maybe you can disconnect it, reboot your TV and restart the Vision instal process?

TMO Vision Hub is basically Android TV box ....so if Apple TV plus has Android app...then you should be able to access it, but if not then you will be out of luck .
I know for Android phones & tablets there is no Apple TV plus app & must use a web browser
