Worst experience with tmobile

Will keep this short and sweet. So I work for bestbuy and got 50% off verizon. Store shut down, lost the discount. Heard great things about tmobile so wanted to give it a spin to save some $$$. Swapped 3 lines and discovered the service was far worse to save $20 vs verizon. Went to switch back to verizon and tmobile made it an absolute obstacle to make out. Got sent through phone transfer hell and the chat services refused to provide the account # / port code. In short, stay away from tmobiles shady practices the service is absolutely terrible.
