Promotion Scam

In August 2022 I added a new line and received a $199.99 phone on a promotion. Last month I checked my bill online and realized I never received the promotion and was being charged $8.34 a month. I contacted T Mobile and they said there is nothing they can do . They are at fault for not activating the promotion ..I think it is a scam . My advice stay away from T Mobile ...I will be leaving as soon as I get this FREE (not)  phone paid off.
