One Plan

For those that has “One Plan’, Discount of $20 Add OneLine Get Oneline, Kickback Discount.  Has your discount been discontinued and was told that is expired?  

I called today and was informed that the promotion has expired, and the discount is no longer valid. The representative kept repeating that my plan would cost me over $300 today after 53 minutes on the line speaking to a representative and a supervisor. Of course, my current plan was better when I signed up back in 2017, otherwise why would I have chosen your company? It seems like T-Mobile is trying to force customers into the new plan eventually and terminating a promotion that wasn’t identified with an expiration date.
