Cancel Service While Abroad

I am out of the country and I am trying to cancel my number. I cannot access my account because I can’t go through text verification. How should I proceed?

    Is it a prepaid plan? If so the plan will cancel itself once funds run out.

    You need to call Tmobile to cancel.
