13 year our business has been with T-Mobile but this latest problem has us on the verge of moving. So this is a last hail Mary to see if we can find a fix. Over the last month two lines get the same...
sim cards perhaps? you can probably swap the sim cards between two phones you know work and then see if they start having issues or if they continue to work fine..if they work fine then its not a sim card issue and points at the phone...if the problem follows the sim cards then its safe to say its the sim cards.
