THE WORST
I’ve been working since I signed up in AUG2023 on getting the deal which I started with TMobile initially--send in devices, and get a discount on the bill.

THROUGH
TO
TMOBILE.
it’s seriously the worst service I’ve ever paid for, LITERALLY HOURS AND HOURS of my time and energy spent on ENDLESS CHATS to explain the same thing over and over. HOW DO I END THIS NIGHTMARE AND GET THIS TAKEN CARE OF AND GET MY MONEY BACK?
