how is T-Mobile service lately?

As a stockholder. The service we are not getting under the Direction of Mike Sievert,And Jon Freier is up setting.Now they disconnet  thier X account .So you can not contact them directly.They need to step down .I have been on hold today Nov 2 2023 for over 1.5 hours .This is the 2nd time calling and not even the holidays yet.This horrible customer response.
