Home internet black tower issues

Have had the black tower for almost a year….have two separate networks 5g and 2.4. Actually using 2.4 ghz for my ROKU tv and mostly works better then 5g network. ( less buffering)

ISSUE- still only have 1 bar connectivity  —— how can I get better connectivity ( more bars)???

I have — restarted, unplugged, tried different locations. Still only 1 bar …any applicable suggestions would be welcome.
