frustrated

So I had awesome internet with T-mobile for 7 months.  Then for tge last 6 weeks 1mbps download and 50mbps upload on a ookla speed test.  I was told that the internet was not available and I was put on a wait list so sitting around waiting with my thumb.  I got an email...we noticed your on a waiting list and your wait is over...called t mobile...in 10 days it will get better.  Then in 3 days.  Blowing smoke.  Still sitting at the same speeds yet charging me $50 a month.  For dial up speeds.
