Same here, Submitted on 10/18/2024, status has never been updated from "Recieved". I contacted support through chat on Dec 13th to see if they could possibly go ahead and send it, as exactly 8 weeks had passed and all requirements have been met. Chat support said they were "extremely confident" I'd have promotion before Christmas.
Chat support had Rebate Department call me directly and the lady i spoke with claimed only 7 weeks had passed and they could not expedite processing.. I didn't want to argue about how days and weeks are calculated..and I am just hoping for the best. She wouldn't give me a date but said it should be within 1-3 weeks...So 0-2 weeks if using actual time elapsed?
I migrated to T-mobile ftom Sprint on a business account and was almost always impressed with their customer service. I don't feel the same level of service now that I'm on a standard non-business account.
I'll post back if/when I receive my card.
I received my card today, it activated and worked fine. I did NOT get notification via text message as informed by T-Mobile. Instead, only received notice and link thru my email associated with my T-Mobile account.
