Usage details

How far back can I go to get usage details. I was with Sprint and I was able to go back as far as I wanted to see usage details. Once it switched over to TMobile. I previous history of the previous usage is gone. Does anyone know how I can go beyond current and previous cycles to see the usage details?

    You can go back 18 months with Tmobile. With you migrating to Tmobile you will probably need to contact support to get your Sprint usage.
