Horrible Customer Service - No Solution
I recently called T-mobile because I've been having frequent signal issues. I also commented to the agent that I wasn't only getting bad service, but they had a promotion for people to get service for $35 plus a new TV. After checking for a while, she (a Filipino girl) said that I qualify. The next day I checked my next bill and stated that it was still going to be $50. I called again and stated the discrepancy. Another guy from another country said that eventually it was going to be $75. He also tried to give me other options, but basically I felt that he was trying to sale me something else. I told him that I wanted to cancel and he said that he couldn't do that that I would have to wait till I get the new canister. I told him that I wanted to talk to a supervisor and he transferred me to another agent in Guatemala and not a supervisor. They had the music so loud at that place that I could barely heard her. Then, she told me the same thing, but at the same time she wanted to give me options, meaning trying to sale me something else. I didn't ask for a supervisor because I was wasting a lot of time and likely they were going to transfer me to another call center somewhere else in the world.
