Call Usage

I have 4 lines.  I am able to see my call history for all 4 lines except for one.  Why would that be?  It is not an Iphone, but an Android.  It is my wife’s phone.  I can see here message but not call log.  Curious as to what my cause this?  Thanks in advance.
