been on hold for HOURSS
Been trying to get a hold of customer service BUT….. I been on hold 2 hours then I hung up! Tried again was on hold for 30 minutes… And now I’m on hold currently for 40 minutes!!!
its recommended to contact them through either Facebook or Twitter..this starts you with tier 2 support over the call in tier 1 support agents.
