wifi connection

have a new hd10 fire tablet, trying to connect to tmobile gateway wifi and can’t do it. Can anyone help? Thanks !

    I too am having the same issue. Problem only started 2 days ago. Was working fine for months. It's a Amazon Fire HD 10. When it tries to connect it fails. I looked at the static ip address and it was 192.168.1.1xx

    All other connected devices have 192.168.12.xx

    Should Tmobile be the one to fix?
