Lost phone
I reported my phone as lost. Can someone still use it over a WiFi network?
That depends. Did they deactive your SIM and blacklist the device? If the SIM is deactivated and the device is blacklisted. It basically becomes a tablet but won’t be usable on any US or Canadian carriers. If the device is not blacklisted, they can put another SIM in it and use it as well as use it over WiFi.
