Hotspot issues

I brought a hotspot for an upcoming trip.  However the email address says the site can’t be reached.

Somehow last night I was able to able to get in via another method, which I can’t recall since I’m not at home now and changed the device name.  But I want to change the password or reset the device and start over again.

Where do I log in??
